The internship begins as a learning-and-contribution phase. As you take on real ownership and your output holds up against our project standards, a stipend is introduced — reviewed against your performance rather than fixed from day one.

Every intern starts on equal footing, working on genuine project deliverables. Where output is strong and reliable, we introduce a stipend during or at the close of the 3 months — recognising real contribution rather than paying a flat rate regardless of impact.

Take on defined pieces of live client work with increasing independence, as feedback gets more direct.
Month 2Summit Push
Deliver independently on client work, with growing ownership of your assigned pieces.
Month 3Stipend Decision
Your contribution over the program is reviewed, and a performance-based stipend is discussed.

No — the internship starts as a learning-and-contribution phase. A stipend is introduced based on your performance on live project work during or at the close of the 3 months, rather than being fixed from the outset.
What kind of work will I actually do?
Real tasks tied to the government and corporate projects Vertex Summit is currently delivering — branding, graphic design, web development or video production, depending on your track.
Can the internship extend beyond 3 months?
Strong performers may be offered continued project work, an outsourced placement, or a future opening with Vertex Summit — decided on a case-by-case basis at the end of the program.
Is this remote, in-office, or hybrid?
Both remote and on-site internships are available — choose your preferred mode in the application form. The final working arrangement is confirmed with each intern based on the role and project.
Do I need prior professional experience?
No — the program is designed for students and recent graduates. What matters most is a solid grasp of your track's fundamentals and a genuine willingness to take on real responsibility.
