Yes — completely. Candidates are never charged a registration, screening or placement fee at any stage. Our service fee is billed only to the employer we place you with.
Which roles can I hire for right now?
At launch we're placing Web Developers, Graphic Designers and UI/UX Designers. We're actively expanding into video editing, content writing, digital marketing and other creative & technical disciplines.
How is the employer fee structured?
It depends on the engagement — a one-time placement fee for a fixed project, or a recurring service fee for an ongoing outsourced hire. We confirm the structure with you before any work begins.
Is the hire an employee of Vertex Summit or of my company?
Placements are made on an outsourced/contract basis. The exact working arrangement — including who manages payroll and reporting — is agreed with you as part of onboarding.
