The Journey

Built the hard way, one project at a time.

I got my start in design and branding during college, encouraged early on by people who saw something in the work before it had a track record to prove it. That early push mattered — it's the reason I kept going long after the excitement of "starting something" wore off and the actual, unglamorous work began.

Over the years that followed, I built hands-on experience across brand identity, digital campaigns, video production and web design — working with startups and established businesses, and eventually with government institutions across Himachal Pradesh, including district administrations and state departments. That government work in particular taught me a discipline that's easy to skip in creative work: precision, accountability and getting it right the first time, because there's no room for "we'll fix it in the next version" when a campaign is running in front of the public.

In 2023, I took my first real shot at building this vision independently. It didn't survive. I won't dress that up — it was a genuine setback, the kind that costs more than money and makes you question the plan, not just the execution. I took the time I needed to step back, regroup and rebuild, rather than rushing back in with the same approach and hoping for a different result.

In 2026, I restarted — this time as Vertex Summit, with a clearer sense of what I wanted to build, who I wanted to build it for, and how to build it properly from day one: the right process, the right team of specialists, and a sharper focus on the work actually delivering results, not just looking good in a portfolio.

"Vertex Summit exists because I refused to let one setback decide the rest of the climb."

What I Believe

Principles I don't compromise on.

01Every setback is data, not a verdict
02Design should solve a business problem, not just look good
03Say what you'll deliver, then deliver it
04Trust is earned slowly and lost quickly
05Show up, especially on the hard days
