Protecting client data, credentials and intellectual property is built into how Vertex Summit works on every engagement — not treated as an afterthought.
Every client engagement is covered under confidentiality terms. Brand assets, credentials and business data shared with us for a project are never disclosed to third parties.
We align our data handling with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023 — collecting only what's needed for a project, storing it securely, and deleting it on request or on project closure.
Login credentials, API keys and hosting access shared with us for a project are stored securely, with access limited to the team members actively working on that engagement.
Once a project is delivered and paid for, full ownership of the deliverables — designs, code and content — transfers to the client, as agreed in our engagement terms.
For custom web applications, we follow secure coding practices, role-based access control and encrypted data storage as standard practice, not as an add-on.
